The Golden Rule of Building Lifetime Wealth: Keep It Simple

Updated: Jun 22, 2024

Financial Freedom

Invest $50,000 in limited partner real estate deals every year for 5 years.

Why does this work? Every $50,000 could get you around $4,000 cash flow per year. In five years that's $20,000 per year.

The hold time on these deals is 3-5 years and often returns the amount you put in. So at year 5, you get your first deal go full cycle.

If it works out well, you could get your initial $50,000 back and another $50,000 in profit (including all the cash flow you received).

If you wanted, you could be done and have $50,000 recurring for the rest of your life (one deal going full cycle per year, plus the cash flow from all 5 deals).

Just reinvest the original $50,000 each time you have a deal sell.

However, what you’ll probably find is that multiplying money is more fun than spending it!

This will encourage you even more to keep investing $50,000 per year from what you earn and also reinvesting all the profits from the deals.
